Refunds

If a world can't be built at all (none of its objects arrive), or an object change fails, the credit it used goes back to your balance automatically, usually within 15 minutes. If it was your free world, you get the free world back. You don't need to do anything. A world that opens with some of its objects is built, and its credit is not returned.

You can withdraw from any purchase within 7 days of paying (Brazilian Consumer Defence Code, art. 49) and get your money back for the credits you have not used. If you used some of the pack, we refund the unused share in proportion to the price you paid.

Write to legal@oneiro.jazzautomations.com.br with the email you used at checkout and the date of the purchase. You don't need to give a reason. We confirm within 2 business days and remove the refunded credits from your balance.

We send the refund through Stripe to the card you paid with within 5 business days of confirming it. Your bank then takes its usual time to show it, which can be until your next card statement. Refunds are made in US dollars; for cards issued in Brazil, the bank's exchange rate and IOF on the day of the refund can make the amount in reais differ slightly from what you paid.

Unused credits stay in your balance and don't expire. If something we sold you did not work as promised, your rights under the Consumer Defence Code still apply at any time: write to us. The full rules are in the terms.
