Terms

The dream diary is free. You can record or type your dreams, keep them, reread them and see their reading, within fair-use limits (currently up to 10 entries a day and 5 minutes of audio per entry).

Worlds are paid. Turning an entry into a 3D world you can walk through, or changing an object in a world, uses credits that you buy in packs.

• 1 credit makes 1 world, or changes 1 object in a world you made.
• Credits are charged when the generation starts. If a world can't be built at all (none of its objects arrive), or an object change fails, the credit comes back automatically, usually within 15 minutes. A world that opens with some of its objects is built.
• Credits don't expire. If that ever changes, it will apply only to credits bought after the change, with at least 30 days' notice.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are tied to your account (or, before you sign in, to your browser).
• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, and charged once through Stripe. There is no subscription. See pricing.

You can withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of paying and get your money back for the credits you have not used (CDC art. 49). How to ask and how long it takes are on the refunds page.

• Your dream text and recordings are yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them, process them with our AI providers and show them to you and to the people you gift them to.
• You may use the worlds, objects and readings Oneiro makes for you for personal purposes, including sharing them with gift links. Commercial use is not included, because it depends on the AI providers' own terms (Tripo for objects, World Labs for places).
• AI output can be inaccurate. Readings are possibilities, not advice. Oneiro is not therapy or medical care (see how Oneiro uses AI).

You agree to follow the acceptable use rules. If you break them we may remove the content, limit or suspend your access, and, for serious or repeated breaches, close your account. We will tell you why, unless the law or an investigation prevents it. Unused paid credits are refunded when we close an account, except in cases of fraud.

Oneiro is for people 18 and over.

We work to keep Oneiro running and your dreams safe, but the service depends on outside providers and can be interrupted. We are responsible for the harm we cause under the law. Outside the cases where Brazilian consumer law or other law does not allow a limit, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not responsible for what you choose to share through gift links.

The version and date are at the top. We will tell you in the app before a change that affects you applies. Credits you already bought keep the terms they were bought under.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer in Brazil you can bring a claim in the courts of your own city (CDC art. 101, I). Everyone else agrees to the courts of the city where Jazz Automations has its registered office in Brazil.
